Review after watching The Secret Movie

As a VSO at Wellcon, my workday usually begins with a route plan, a product bag, and a strong cup of tea ☕. It ends with reflections on doctor calls, orders received, and sometimes the famous line—“Next visit pe discuss karenge”. In between these two moments lies the real field life of a medical representative.

Reading The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and watching its movie gave me a fresh perspective on something we often ignore in sales—the power of mindset.

At its core, The Secret talks about the Law of Attraction. The idea is simple:

> What we think repeatedly, we attract into our lives.

Positive thoughts create positive outcomes, while negative thinking invites obstacles. The movie explains this concept using real-life stories & motivational examples.

In the medical field, knowledge is important—but confidence and belief are equally crucial. As VSOs, we meet multiple doctors every day. Some discussions go well, some don’t. Rejections are common, and targets are constant.

The Secret teaches us to:

1. Start the day with a positive intention

2. Believe in our products and company

3. Visualize successful interactions

4. Maintain confidence even after rejection

After watching The Secret, I smiled and thought—
“If thinking alone could close orders, VSOs would be the richest people in the world!” 😄

But the book also made one thing clear:

> Positive thinking works best when supported by action.

Visualization must be backed by daily calls, ethical detailing, follow-ups, and consistency. The secret is not magic—it is mental discipline combined with effort.

Now,
How It Helped Me as a VSO at Wellcon

1. Handle rejection without losing motivation

2. Improve confidence during product detailing

3  Stay focused on long-term doctor relationships

4  Keep my energy positive throughout the day

This mindset shift directly reflects in my field performance and professional growth.

The Secret is not just a motivational movie —it is a reminder that our thoughts shape our approach, and our approach shapes our results. For a VSO at Wellcon, it reinforces the importance of mindset, consistency, and belief in the work we do.

Think positive. Work sincerely. Trust the process.
And let success follow !!
